BANQUET & EVENT PRICES
Rental Fee:
Price varies, based upon date chosen
(minimum based upon previous years sales on that day).
Alcohol & Beverage:
Minimum to be set based upon date chosen with a base price of $25 per person. Includes a limited menu of red and white wine, and prosecco. Also includes all non-alcohlic beverages (soda, juice, coffee, tea). Bar available as an open or cash bar. Open bar tabs will be billed at the end of the evening.
Food:
Base price of $40 per person. Includes antipasti/insalate, pasta, entree. Courses and prices may be amended. Options include reception with passed hors d'ouerves, additional courses, cheese. Menu will be customized for the event to taste, season, and allergies/aversions. Please see second page for a sample menu.
Cake:
Base price of $4.50 per person for a single or multi-tiered layer cake. Alternatively individual desserts can be provided for $6.00 per person, custom designed by client and pastry chef.
Labor:
Gratuity based upon food and beverage costs.
